Even if you have a primary care provider but cannot be seen due to either your schedule or their schedule, you can call to make an appointment at our MaxFit location (850) 490-1747 or use our online platform for either an on site visit or virtual visit - no waiting rooms required.
Medications are not always required for your symptoms however if medications and or supplements are an option then you will be directly involved in determining what regimen is most appropriate for you. You will always feel like you are listened too and involved in your healthcare needs. You can also enjoy the delivery of prescriptions, supplements, and other products to your doorstep, on site or to the pharmacy of your choice.

We are a cash based clinic only eliminating insurance constraints. We accept most credit cards, FSA and HSA. We do not submit to insurance however we can provide the appropriate forms allowing you to submit for re-imbursement. We offer memberships for individuals that either do not have health insurance or only have major medical insurance. Our fees are reflective of a cash based service including lab services, diagnostics and medication management. Payment is due upon services rendered. Fees are subject to change. Memberships require a 6 month contract with automatic monthly credit card charge on file. Fifty ($50) dollar fee for all missed appointments.
