We are a cash based clinic only eliminating insurance constraints. We accept most credit cards, FSA and HSA. We do not submit to insurance however we can provide the appropriate forms allowing you to submit for re-imbursement. We offer memberships for individuals that either do not have health insurance or only have major medical insurance. Our fees are reflective of a cash based service including lab services, diagnostics and medication management. Payment is due upon services. Fees are subject to change.
