Laboratory Studies vary in price depending on labs/panels ordered. This will be discussed during evaluation and cost will be provided. Labs can be obtained in office for a cash based price. If insurance or HSA is being used, orders can be provided either electronically or via paper requisition. Lab costs are in addition to exam fees.

Basic Membership Monthly Membership......$130

Monthly Weight Management Membership......$325 (Includes Medication, Bi-weekly check-ins, supporting injection of your choice: Glutathione, Amino Blend, B-Complex, Tri-Immune Boost, or Mineral Blend; 10% off lab studies, 10% off IV drips, 10% off supplements). **6 month contract required with automatic monthly credit card charge on file**
